I had never stepped into a gym before I turned 21. I was unfit, unhealthy and, as my doctor told me; simply overweight. After I decided to make changes to my life, I joined a gym. Although I saw some results in terms of weight loss, I still looked and felt just as fat as ever, and didn't really ever feel much more self-confident. I now attribute this to not having a good idea about what to do inside a gym and not knowing how to eat healthily although I thought I did.And then I got engaged, and soon after, pregnant.

A Little Bit About Tim
My passion for fitness started way back when I finished high school. Unfit, unmotivated and unpopular I decided to learn everything I could about how to get a body that I was happy with in order to improve my lifestyle.This quest for knowledge started at the University of Technology Sydney where I completed a bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Management and also post graduate studies at the University of Sydney.
During that time I learnt the most cutting edge methods of nutrition and sports training designed to get the greatest performance out of athletes.
After my studies were complete I decided that training athletes was not for me and knew that my true calling was to train regular folks just like me who wanted to improve their lives through health and fitness.
6 years on and I have helped hundreds of women and men shed unwanted fat and dramatically change their lives for the better. I couldn't imagine a more rewarding industry to work in and I can't wait to help you attain the body you deserve.
